There is a supplement I found helps that is a magnesium powder you mix with water called CALM. It can be found at wholefoods. If you still have trouble you should reach out to a dr, though.
  • I've been doing Tracy Anderson Metamorphosis. I can see how during Dance Cardio people could easily injure themselves if they don't have a dance or step background. The diet is hard to stick to during her "nutrient boost" weeks. I'm still on my first week, but I also did do her 30-Day boot camp last december and loved it.…
  • I love this DVD. Its short compared to other DVDs so its easier to stick to doing. Went to Level three the first time this weekend and my arms are killing me! I also have her Fat burning DVD, but find it more boring. Going to just stick with the 30-day shred.
