I scramble two eggs with one slice American cheese and 1/2 cup of fresh asparagus. I season with Italian seasoning. I stay full, get a good amount of protein and it tastes amazing! This is my fave go to breakfast. I didn't have it this morning, so I will probably have it for dinner! LOL!!

I agree. One bad apple could very well end the gym going for someone with low self esteem. I think it's awful that people can be so cruel. If we don't start some where, we will never get to where we want to go. Very valid rant!

I have children ages 11 and 9 and they were very planned. I do not believe any child/pregnancy is an "accident." Any child is a gift, whether planned or not! Sure wish I could have talked hubby into baby 3!!

I would add at least 30 minutes of cardio a day if you aren't doing that already. That way, you will burn some calories without having to lower your cal setting. If you have access to a stationary bike, you can kill some calories in 30 minutes! If you have a Zumba game, that burns good cals in 30 minutes as well.…

My husband is supportive and loves the "new me!" He is happy that I am happy. However, he is insecure. He tells me quite honestly that he is afraid when I get to goal weight I will leave him for someone else. After 12.5 years, two kids, and a new home together I have no plans on looking elsewhere! I love the Biggest Loser Bootcamp DVD and Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga...they both kick my butt and make me sweat. I walk A LOT and have even started jogging/running. I used to hate water and now I get my 8 glasses a day. As soon as I wake up, I drink 16 ounces of water and then have breakfast. I drink 16 ounces before each meal which puts me at most of my water for the day. Then I drink while exercising, and before bed. :)
