I'm the same way. My husband and I have big breakfasts' on the weekends, and I normally eat healthy during the week. I will eat my 3 meals and 2 snacks during the weekdays, then I end up eating higher calories on the weekends. But I also try and practice portion control, and I exercise at least 5 to 6 days a week. Non impact exercises. My husband has a bad knee and hip and I have neuropathy and we both use our elliptical. He gets on there and has no pain.

I use an elliptical machine. I tried running, but it was hard on my legs. The it's less impact, and I sweat like no other! I do 30 minutes on that and then 30 minutes between my weight machine, jumping jacks, and sit-up bench.

5'9 started out at 212. Initially started MFP last June. But Nov took it seriously and I'm now down to 201. Short term goal, 190 by May. Long term goal 150. :wink:

You can do it! And don't push yourself to go totally healthy all at once. It is a slow process. Portion control is key! There are a lot of tasty 100 calorie snacks out there. Make sure you pick up something up like that so you don't feel like you're depriving yourself. I sent you a friend request! You can do this!

Whenever you feel like it. During the week I do it at 7:00 in the evening. That's when I have the time. On the weekends its in the early afternoon. Good luck in finding the time that works for you!
