My fireproof safe holds my guns, passport, wife's jewelry, pictures, important documents, etc. So I guess I'd put on some clothes and grab my wallet/keys as I shove my wife out the door in front of me.

Fobus makes a good paddle holster with mutliple carry positions. When running, I carry in the middle of the small of my back. I feel more balanced than carrying on my side. As always, know your local concealed carry laws and carry your ID with you.

DO IT! Today was my 4 week weigh-in...10 lbs! It CAN be done! Log all your food, exercise (I did strictly cardio this month), and stay within the alotted calorie amount and you be 10 down in 4!

Please be careful doing these on steps and with weights IF you are not used to doing them. A few months ago when I first started doing calf raises, I did them on an aerobics step with weight...the next morning when I got out of bed, I fell to the floor on my knees because i could not straighten my legs. I'm a Friday weigher...because I relax my eating some on the weekends. Lost 2 lbs at this morning's weigh-in. Down 10 lbs in 4 weeks!
