I LOVE tattoos! I have two on my back. I'm getting one of them extended as a reward for reaching my goal weight (when I get there!) It's currently about 6 inches x 2.5 inches. I want it extending so it's more 12 inches x 7 inches. Can't wait :) xx

Hi there Jenna, I took the pill too, for soooo many years and wanted to come off it, so I had a coil fitted. Suits me perfectly! I'm 'artificial hormone' free now! I would certainly recommend the coil (the one WITHOUT hormones!) em xx

I agree, great advice. I too was at my lowest weight by running and craved it! I also did the same...getting to lamp post by lamp post! I also used to talk my self out of stopping. I'm the same...finding I need less at meal times. I guess my stomach is 'shinking?' Also for me, it is to do with my blood sugar being more stable, instead of having spikes and dips which causes intense hunger. Same here! Personally, I don't think it matters. Protein keeps you fuller for longer and is what builds muscle...which in turn burns energy by merely 'being' a muscle!
