Yes, my 2 boys 11 and 6 have to ask, mainly because I want to know what their intake is everyday, and partly because if they are just bored, I don't want them going to the fridge all the time. So if they say they are hungry and I offer them an apple and they decline then I know they aren't hungry, just eatting for the hell…

I only count water, or water with lemon or cucumber as water. I read somewhere and I cannot remember where, that the body does not recognize vitamin water and flavored waters of color as water.

I've tried them, and found a few things: 1. If you drink the recommended amount of water, you will lose inches. If you don't drink water, then you wont get a result. 2. You will not lose weight. This is not magic by any means. 3. Day 3 is the best results, so the 72 hour window after you wrap is when you'll see the largest…

Im glad you are ok! What an awful experience. This should be a required warning on the label of diet pills.

Good point!

Ya know I never thought about that, but I'm not a new runner, I've been running for 3 years now so I think I've got that all in check. I do stand up straight and don't notice anything wierd about my striking either. Tomorrows run, I'll pay more attention to it.

Thank you...now I want waffles.

My typical running morning includes a protein bar and 16 ounces of water 30-45 minutes before the run. Does that not sound like enough water prior to the run? After running I have another 16 ounces of water and a snack. It may be that I should drink more water, I'll try that out and see if it helps. I should mention that I…

I never bring water but my longest runs right now are 50 mins. I stretch then drink 16 ounces of water after my runs.

WOW! Great job.

It sounds like what you are trying to do is slim down by building muscle. If that is the case then you might not see the scale move at all. For the past 4 weeks I haven't had a loss, until I did my measurements and was down almost 2 inches on my hips and my belly. So point is, if you are trying to build muscle and burn…

You look AMAZING!

I'm guilty of having them on hand and will eat them a few times a week. I prefer to make my own food but with my schedule sometimes I do have to default to them.

Im here every day, all day, multiple posts and logs per day. Feel free to add me.

I have a similar issue. I'll do great for 3-4 days and then whoops, there goes a bag of jelly beans or cookies or bread and butter. I don't have any advise just wanted to know you are not alone and I look forward to hearing more responses and advise from others.

Your abs did all the talking. Great job and congrats on your smokin' bod!

I do, and kind of had a feeling it was along those lines. Looks like I'll be at the return line in Sams tonight.

I don't know if it is against the rules to post a link to the site or not but google Pure Energy Bands, and it will come up.

Great job! You look wonderful.

Thank you for sharing. I think you are one of the hottest people I've ever seen in a bikini! You are rocking it and you should be proud. Congratulations to you!

And I thought the internet was safe. Geeesh. All jokes aside, that is awful. But this shows your commitment to getting right back in the game congrats to you and I hope you ward off the wack-a-doos this time around!

I've been running for years but I'm not sure I have the correct form. I have heal spurs so run toes first and like you tend to land mid to outter foot. I'm interested to see what the responses are. Thanks for posting!

I use my eliptical 5-6 days a week along with lifting and kickboxing. I did lose weight and saw my legs strengthen when I was on an eliptical only work out. On lifting, kickboxing days I do the eliptical for 30-40 mins, all other days I am on 50-75 mins. You cannot set it to a low setting and expect to get results. Make…
