Maybe at first but then it will be hard too maintain a 2lb a week loss. I agree, try to eat more than 1200 calories (this is coming from a post 1200 calorie eatter)

I nursed my 2nd son 6 years ago, he's almost 7 now. For me, it wasn't about calories really it was about production. If I was making enough, then I was doing the right thing. The way I look at it is your baby is eatting what you are eatting in the form of milk. So stuff like fried foods clearly were not in the mix for me.…

I eat about half if not more of my exercise calories back each day. I started not eatting them back and was starving. There are alot of ideas on this out there, do what you think works for you. If you are hungry and have the calories to spare then eat.

I don't know the correct answer but I've seen alot of diaries where they eat 1000 calories at lunch and then not the rest of the day. To me it seems unhealthy but I don't know for sure. I just know that would never work for me. I always went with the recommendation of eatting 6 small meals throughout the day.

I have the same problem. I have kids though so I have treats for them in the house. I have to hide the stuff so it's not in the pantry or fridge and kind of forget about it until I pack lunches. For me it is all mental. If I start I cannot stop so what I eat in place of junk is hummus on carrots, peanut butter on wheat…

I have a friend who lost 18 lbs in 10 days from juicing but was miserable. Glad to hear that you are incorporating other foods into your plan. Ninja systems has a blender/juicer about $100. Good luck!

What is more important is what you do within the week than the day. So if you are feeling hungry then eat and maybe try to maintain a deficit the next few days so it all averages out.

Im 5' 3" and my goal weight is 125 currently 145. I was between 108-118 before kids and was told I looked sick and almost dead at that weight but that does fall in my recommended weight range. Go for what you feel good with and don't pay too much attention to the recommendations.
