I have lost 23 lbs. since January. I spin 3 - 4 times a week, boot camp - once a week and personal training - once a week. I use MFP to monitor my caloric intake. I eat back many of the calories I burn. Do I feel like I am on a "diet" or that I am depriving myself of anything....the answer is NO...because I really don't.…

Thank you. I am not going to eat ALL of the calories back...just asking if I should eat some of them back. What I have been doing is working....and I want to learn how to account for days that I may do an extra hour of exercise.
