lifting weights burns alot more calories than you think. by not adding them you are not allowing yourself the extra calories your body needs

i eat egg beaters mixed with fresh onion, green pepper, and black beans. sometimes i add feta cheese, or top with salsa. it is so yummy and is full of the protein and fiber i need after my workouts and keeps me full.

i use salsa instead! it is super yummy! i used to love ranch and i put it on everything. i do not even crave it anymore. i add other things to my salad for protein and fiber and more flavor such as corn, black beans, or garbonzo beans!!! it is so good.

it was only like $9.70 at walmart!!! i just did it and she kicked my *kitten*. its one dvd but has 3 levels. so you start with level one workout and work your way up. all three levels are about 30 min.

personally i can not eat before i workout. not even somethings small. it causes me to have severe cramps within five minutes of starting my workout and gets progressivly worse as my workout contuines. so i workout first this in the morning and then eat a high protein/fiber breakfeast. this works best for me but everyone is…

i think i need to do the same thing. i worry so much about the number not moving on the scale it frusterates the hell out of me. we can do this! :) i might give my scale away for a while. then the temptation is gone lol

i believe i do have BDD. i just dont know how to get it under control or what to do about it. but it is causing me many problems. and i wonder if this site just feeds the problem?

I just dont know what to do. maybe i should just stop worrying about calories? but then i think i would gain weight. no matter what i do i can not lose any weight. i have gained more muscle definition but i do NOT lose weight. i weigh the same as when i was eating ice cream and fast food. i dont get it

i just made pumpkin spice bread with cream cheese frosting. AMAZING and only about 115 calories!!!

I just dont know what to eat. i know eggs, chicken and cheese are low in carbs and high in protein. that is what i am worried about. i have a tightness in the back of my leg and while it only bothers me when i first get up in the morning and for the first few minutes of my run i do not want to make it worse. but i also dont want to feel like i am just using it as an excuse to not exercise

chunky peanut butter hands down!!!! i could live off peanut butter and would choose it over cake and ice cream any day. Only problem is i can NOT just eat 2 tablespoons. i could eat half a container in once sittings so i just do not buy it!!!
