i chew sugar free gum which is like 2 cals a peice.... i dont have the time or feel the need to log gum, seasonings(i use salt free) splenda, things like that. it just seems a little to much imo.

i asked because i just started talking to a guy who was a ranger in the military. i brought it up and then realized he may not want to talk about it. he said it was fine but he didnt elaborate. i just was curious what others thought because i dont want to make him feel uncomfortable... thanks for all the responses

i know getting enoug protein matters. i eat about 200grams a day. but what about the other macros? what about eating pizza, candy, drinking, ect?

and EVERYONE in my family is overweight so i am worried that if i go back to eating like that it will eventually catch up with me

i am just scared to try it! hahah i have logged everyday for over a year now. i weigh more now because i did a bulk cycle and am having a hard time losing the fat. :frown: i just feel like sometimes (due to this site) i am so preoccupied by food and calories that i just dont LIVE LIFE sometimes
