i would have a small snack right when i got home so i would have some energy for the zumba class but am not weighed down by a huge meal... then i would eat dinner after the class.

i workout everyday. burning between 300-600 calories each day. i have my settings set to lose 1lb a week. without exercise MFP says i should eat 1490 calories but alot of people have told me since i am so close to my goal weight i need to change my settings to .5lb a week which allows me 1790calories a day plus workout…

you could also drink a glass of water first, eat salad with light dressing or try eating a light soup first that way you are not as hungry when your higher calorie meal comes and you dont eat it all. also many people have the waitress bag up half of your food before they bring it to you since portions can be so big at…

going over everyonce in a while is not a bad thing just dont make it a regular habit. everybody needs a treat and a day to relax! :) if i know i am going to eat more at a certain meal i either workout more during the day or i try to consume lower calorie options at my other meals so i have some extra calories to use.…

i am 5'7 130lbs i wear a 3 typically but some brands i have to go to a 5. it just depends on who makes the jeans. i have noticed though that once you buy jeans and wear them a few times they conform to your body shape and alot of times the fit when i tried them on but after wearing them the are too big

i once read in a fitness book that if you can not break through a plateau you could try eating nothing but apples for one whole day. I dont remeber the reason behind it.

yes! everyone keeps saying i need to eat more but it is hard to do and i worry that by eating more i will just gain. weight loss can be very diffucult and confusing

thanks for the advice. i see we are the same height and have about the same goals. i was wondering what you have ur settings set to as far as how much to lose per week. i am at 1lb a week right now but since i am not losing many people recommed to up my calories and change is to half a pound a week

i dont ever put extra salt on foods but i absolutely LOVE ketchup which has quite a bit. i dont know i am 5'7 and weigh 130. my goal is 120lbs but i stopped losing 3 months ago and i do not know what the problem is!!!!!!!!!

i do find sometimes that if i eat later at night my stomach feels and looks somewhat bigger and sometimes i gain a little bit in the moring but this usually subsides within a day or two

oreos and tortilla chips....i just stopped buying them all together to avoid the temptation. i have two kids and i buy them cookies i dont like so i wont eat them

i have the same problem. i weigh 130lbs and can NOT lose any more. i dropped to 125 for a short time but then went back to 130. everyone tells me to eat more but this just seems like it would make me gain weight

everyone says i need to eat more but to me this seems questionable? i think i would gain weight by eating more food
