i drink the muscle milk light chocolate after workout sometimes for the added protein. it doesnt do anything for energy but all the protein helps fill me up and it is SOOOO good

i am lifting now on my own and i have seen a gain in muscle definition. my main problem is my stomach and no matter what i do it does not change. i was thinking of just incorporating some of the exercises into my routine i already do but i dont know if that will work? do i have to follow it exactly or can i modify it and…

i have heard that it doesnt matter. however i eat dinner at 6 then a snack at 7;30. i do not eat after 8pm. i have done this for about a month and while i have not lost weight i do not look bloated in the mornings and feel like it helps :)

i am set at 250calorie deficit but sometimes i eat less if i am not hungry. i started lifting last month and i have seen about a 2lb gain. I see more definition in my arms mostly and some in my legs. i do not feel like i look bigger and my clothes fit the same.

SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR LOSS. I have this problem as well. i try to allow myself a cheat meal about once or twice a month for special occasions or what not. i do not always use them but when i do I ALWAYS feel guilty afterwards and it is all i think about. i know how you feel

i am trying to increase my water intake. that is all i drink . but i am never thristy. i used to be able to go all day without a drink! now i am up to about 3pints a day. its a work in progress :)

a bodybugg is not a HRM and it is meant to be worn all day to get an accurate count of calories burned all day

i have the weight watchers scale. i purchased it at walmart. it is a digital scale and also can track your water percentage and body fat percentage. I love it!

my favorite lunch is a tukey wrap with lettuce, tomato, and hummus. i usually pair it with corn!!! i LOVE it and it is super fast to make for about 300 calories

i am worried that if i cut back on my cardio i will gain weight since cardio is more of a calorie burning workout

i am 5'7 and weigh 130lbs. i workout everyday for at least an hour. i have a 5yr old and a 4yr old. i work 5days a week as a bartender/waitress. i cook dinner almost every night for my kids as well as baking, running errands, getting kids ready and off to school, and getting myself ready and cleaning the house.

this would work if i knew how much i was going to burn. i do not plug my bodybugg in until the end of the night to see what i have burned for the whole day. then it is bed time and i am left with a bunch of extra calories.

i just dont know what else to do. i have tried everything to lose weight and i just can not! i am focusing more on toning and strength training now because i want to get really toned but i am not very knowledgable about this and i dont really know what to do or eat when doing this

i have been at this for 9 months!!! i went down 5lbs briefly but then went right back to 130lbs. i may lose or gain a lb here or there but always return to the same weight
