neither my scale nor my measurements while move!!!! what am i doing wrong? i just switched from 1lb goal a week to a 1/2 to increase my calories 3 days ago hopefully something happens soon. or im going to have a breakdown!

i allow myself 2 cheat meals a month. sometimes i use them sometimes i dont. i usually save them for special occasions, like when i go out with my fiance or for birthdays or something like that. i eat healthy the rest of the day and usually use my cheat meal for dinner and dessert. i also try to exerise a bit more that day…

i just made stuffed peppers the other night. super yummy. i brown low fat hamburger with onions and gralic. then add tomato sauce and a can of stewed tomatoes with cilantro and lime juice. i then stuff the peppers and bake. i then add some fat free mozzarella cheese on top. i dont use rice as i gave rice up. too many…

based on this website it says i should consume 2130 calories. that seems like a lot and it is a lot harder to do when you are making healthy food choices. i just dont get why losing weight is such a chore. if i am exercising everyday and eating within my calories shouldnt i lose something?

i allow myself a treat at night if i have the calories for it.... i also enjoy my snacks at night. a few things you can do though is chew sugar free gum or i will eat my one snack and then brush my teeth. it gets the taste of the treat out of my mouth and leaves my mouth feeling fresh so i do not want to eat anymore. hope…

i am usually under my goals for carbs. while i do allow myself treats most of my carbs come from fruit and vegetables.

i use hummus...they have many different flavors and it is sooo good! avacado is also a good option. on occasion i will use a packet of mayo from subway which only has 35 calories

fruits and veggies are always good options. i like string cheese and turkey breast as well. nuts are a good option because they have alot of protein but eat in moderation as they have alot of fat in them.

i have been debating between the bodybugg and the bodymedia fit. do you really like the bodybugg? does it work very well? someone told me if you are not moving ur arms it does not tract calories burned right.

i love my wii!! i do wii zumba. i want to get some more games though. its also a good option for my kids so they are not just sitting playing video games.... it gets them up and moving
