oreos are my all time fav!! but i can NOT buy them... i would eat 1/2 the container in one sitting :blushing: i also love peanut butter and dark chocolate....

there are a few different things i do depending on when it is and what my calories/macros look like for the day.... if i have room and want dessert i usually either have a hersheys dark chocolate bar or emeralds dark chocolate almonds..... if i dont want to eat yet i chew gum or drink some water with a zero sugar flavoring…

it is yummy! i put it in the microwave for a bit.... gives it a better consistancy. i also sometimes top it with walden farms calorie free chocolate or caramel syrup :wink:

omg by bucket list is so long and i am always adding to it! my bf laughs at the fact that i have made one and i am only 25. i said well how else am i going to keep track of all the things i want to do and accomplish?!?! i was doing intervals the other day and was running around 10mph... i went to slow down and felt like i was going to fly off so i grabbed onto the top of the treadmill....only to have the peice i grabbed onto rip off. it dropped onto the treadmill (while i was still running at 8mph) i had to hurdle over it!!! bwaaahhhaa…

I workout mon-sat and rest on sunday. although i have had to take an extra rest day before because i was either too sore or too tired to workout

i think most people either 1. are eating too much causing them to go over calories (it doesnt matter if its fruit or candy if you go over your eating at a surplus) or 2. are refering to the sugar content. for me i only eat about 1/4cup of either blueberries or strawberries a DAY for fruit because i am training for a figure…

alot of things surprise me now that i pay so close attention to my macros. i spend so much more time in the grocery store because i compare labels on everything!!! -subway is a KILLER in sodium :noway: I used to go there every wed. and get a chicken breast sandwich, no cheese, with veggies and it was giving me around…

i eat alot of the same things but it appears you eat a bit less then me. i consume about 1900-2000 cals a day. more food = more sodium :grumble:
