I agree, over-exercising with the everyday weight lifing...lifting should be every OTHER day, or alternate upper & lower body. There is nothing wrong with seeing the doctor & getting a FULL blood work up & all hormones checked/organ functions, something might be a problem you don't know about & your vitamin/mineral levels…

Do not go below 1,200...a SUSTAINED intake lower than that minimum can cause the body to look for other sources (if you have no excess fat to burn) to use such as muscle & organs!

I weigh every morning sans clothes & breakfast...I totally agree with the daily thing! It's not a stressor for me at all & it allows me to monitor my body's cycles :-)
