  • I'm currently a couple of days behind. I think I caught a little virus during the week. I felt really flat, but I'm back into it again. I'll do Plyometric Cardio and Cardio Recovery today which will almost get me back on track. I've lost a couple kilos and about 1% body fat. Now down to 69Kg and ~16% body fat. The…
  • I thought I was seeing some change, but I've gained 1kg and 1% body fat, despite the fact that most days I'm 500-1000 under calories. Very strange. Maybe I shouldn't trust the body fat measurement on my scales, and assume the weight gain is muscle? Anyway, I've reduced my colorie target by 200 to see is that makes any…

  • I also haven't found the workouts easier but my stamina has improved. I haven't lost any weight, but I think I can see some more definition in my mid section. I haven't measured myself since I started the challenge, but I expect there will have been some changes.

  • Well, I'm 35 (as of today), from Adelaide, South Australia. I have 3 kids, aged 10, 8, and 6. I work full time in IT. I've been a systems administrator for a bit over a decade. For the last year and a half, I've done quite a bit of weights, gym, cycling, and running. Prior to that I was fairly sedentry for most of my life,…
  • I think I'm going pretty well. The workouts are hard but, like RonnieLodge, I'm not feeling so sore anymore. Although I do still have a bit of a sore shoulder. I've been able to mostly avoid pressing pause on the videos. I've also been trying to do as much of my regular exercise as possible. I've been doing a bit of…
  • Here are the results from my first fit test on the 1st of Jan. Switch Kicks 103 Power Jacks 46 Power Knees 80 Power Jumps 31 Globe Jumps 25 Suicide Jumps 13 Push-Up Jacks 30 Low Plank Oblique 53
  • Well, I've got that one coming up this evening. I had a quick look at the video and it appears suitably insane. Most of the soreness in my calves is gone now, so that's great news. I hope by the end of this workout, I have the same enthusiasm as you! :)
  • I'm on day 4, just about to do Cardio Recovery. I'm in Australia, so we are slightly ahead of most places. My calves have been insanely tight, so I'm hoping the Recovery session will loosen things up a bit. I've also been doing some yoga, and a bit of extra stretching to try to help with the tightness. I found the first…

  • Hi All, My Endomondo username is Chris G, and my profile is here: http://www.endomondo.com/profile/437707 Feel free to add me on MFP too. I'm 35, from Adelaide, Australia. I do mainly HIIT, free weights, cycling, running, and yoga. I'm not trying to loose weight, just get more athletic and reduce body fat.
  • I've been on here for about a year. Prior to that I tracked with CalorieKing. Just starting to get the hang of the message board thing. I'm starting Insanity on the 1st of January, and joined a group on here to help track my progress. I'm 35, from Adelaide. I'm at my target weight (could possibly gain a bit) but would like…
  • Sounds great. Count me in.
