hahaha yes anabolics is a different story.

Oh yeah, I eat pizza, but usually I make it myself with higher quality ingredients. I think this way of doing it is superior to other restrictive diets in that it accounts for real life. You will be in situations with friends and families where there would be food that would not fit into (whatever fad diet). Yes, will…

Once you get going you will drive right past burger king, trust me.

Im am saying yes you could lose weight if you ate burger king, but were still at a caloric deficit. You will find that when you are at low cals its just not worth it to eat some things because you will burn through (probably fat or carbs) real quick. Do not misunderstand me though, Im not saying eat garbage. I am saying as…

My diet is anything I want as long as it fits my macros. I will say that my lifestyle has led me usually choosing healthier choices, like for example I rarely drink alcohol and never eat candy.
-
I beg to differ, calories are the most important.
-
In my experience I have to choose one or the other, I believe it is possible but only by people with superior genetics

my split goes like this: The major lift of the day is in ( ) Day 1 : Legs/calves - (Deadlifts/ Squats) Day 2: Chest/ Triceps/ abs - (Presses) Day 3: Back/ Biceps/ forearms - (Pull ups) Day 4: Shoulders/ Traps- ( overhead press)

If your not going over your calorie goal but simply exceeding your protein goal your fine.

If i read that correct you've lost a total of 7 pounds in 2 weeks time. I think you should start seeing the glass half full.

Thats great! Write things down so you can replicate everything he shows you later. Great first step though, alot of people sign up for the gym but just come in and bounce around and really do not accomplish much. A great trainer is priceless.

Please reconsider, or at least postpone and do more research.

Based on people I have dealt with that were diabetic, I would strongly advise you to reconsider this. Insulin/diabetic issues often have a fast onset and before you realize there is a problem it has affected your mental faculties to the point where you may not make sound decisions. Please at least say you do not live alone…

Is insulin the medication you plan to drop ?

diet will show your abs, not crunches.

right on, Male hormones+caloric surplus = muscle gains.
-
when do these episodes happen in relation to your exercise?
-
I have tried a fair deal of things, will not get into specifics. I think when used correctly there are products that work great, but in this situation for this person I think its a bad idea. My reason is when you are just starting out you will be placing enough stress on your body as it is. My advice would change if it…

Focus on diet, dont waste money on snake oil

I just had the flu and did nothing but lay in bed and watch tv. Lost about 8 lbs but gained it back within 2 days when I resumed my normal meals.
-
I eat many varieties of rice, sweet potatoes, oatmeal.... at the end of the day a carb is a carb, its all about your macros
-
Also I think at around 10% the body favors muscle gain over fat gain, at least for a small while. So the bulk should? be more effective. That last part is 100% bro science, but it works for me quite well. [/quote] I agree with that completely.
-
If you are in a caloric deficit you are not going to build muscle.
-
if you have not built abs you will have to get your bf% down very low
-
Id bulk, it is winter haha. I know very little about insanity but assume it burns a significant amount of calories so on those days eat more to account for that.
