I usually weigh 6-10 lbs more at night then when I woke up but I never keep it. When I bulk I hope to gain a pound a week if with a caloric surplus around 800 calories

When bulking I eat about 200 grams protein, 600 carbs, 100-150 fat. Eating simple carbs will help you become hungry again faster. Aside from a post workout shake I use only real foods.

Unless you have a condition treat a carb as a carb. However I will tell you when I bulk I will eat a lot of simple carbs so I will be hungry again faster. When I cut I typically only have simple carbs post workout and complex the rest of the day.

This, when my bmi was in the healthy range I looked chubby. After gaining 60 lbs and now having a BMI in the obese category I think I look pretty good.

Some people just do not react well to certain things. As far as returning I am pretty sure you would have no trouble returning a GNC product back there as they have a good return policy even if you have used some product.
