Wondering what supplements everyone takes?
I take these daily:
- spirulina
- chlorella
- probiotic
- calcium/vitamin D

Years ago, I learned the hard way that I don't always do well with supplements. This time around, I am adding in one at a time to see how I tolerate them.
I currently take:
(1) multivitamin/multimineral formulated for age 50+ (think generic Centrum Silver)
(2) Fish Oil
(2) Calcium + D
Last month, I tried increasing the protein in my diet via a whey protein powder blend, but had some major issues and had to stop after five or six days. I'm really bummed because I liked the taste, liked that I could get in so much protein without feeling stuffed and was looking forward to using protein powder in a couple recipes that I found.
Yesterday, I added a small dose of biotin to my supplements. If all goes well, then I might consider increasing the dose in a week or two.0 -

I take a women multi vitamin, fish oil and MSM right now but I have a cabinet full of awesome supplements lol. I keep them handy for when I'm under the weather. I keep elderberry syrup, coconut oil, milk thistle, d-mannose powder, cranberry extract, chlorella, spirulina, cod liver oil, vit C, D3, TTO, honey etc..0
