I love rhinos AND narwhals! It is just a spoof off a thread from this morning that was titled "Guys are better". It had the ladies FIRED UP!

Go check out the "Introduce Yourself" threads from this morning - some guy was looking for guys only (I can totally respect that) but put the subject line "Guys are better" and LIT UP MFP in about 2 seconds. This is just a silly spoof while I'm taking a snack break from work. :)

It seems like you might benefit from a bit more healthy fat, too. Especially for an 18-year-old male. I am no expert, though! I went back on some earlier days and was glad to see some veggies added.

OK, it's 16 minutes - it's the AB RipperX routine for P90X. Seems like a good workout. If 15 (or 16) mins isn't enough, do you have suggestions?

A few weeks ago, the hubs called me up at 3pm and told me I should come downtown to meet him (we live on a very small island and we both work from home - he was at a WiFi coffee shop). We spent a couple of hours doing a wine tasting at a local winery and just talking and catching up. It was a wonderful way to play hooky! :)
