the first one I did was ripped in 30 and I maybe lost a couple pounds but went down a couple pant sizes. I'm pretty sure you're gaining more muscle and that weights more. I had always been doing the modified ones too. What I decided to do was do at least one "real" pushup during the 30ds. and each day after that I'd add another on to it. I'm up to 12 now.

I've been doing the 30DS for about a week also and that line always irks me. Everytime I get to that part on the dvd I always want to yell at the tv "you liar!!"

I'm on my 2nd day of 30DS now. I just finished RI30 last week. it was rough getting up this morning and making myself do it before my girls woke up that's for sure!

I'm almost done with week 4. going to do it again today and then tomorrow I'm going to run on the treadmill. Then next week i think I'm going to do one day of week one, one day of week 2, 2 days of week 3 and 2 days of week 4. Then I'm gonig to start 30DS

I googled the amount of calories burned and it varied anywhere from 250-320sih depending on the week and what not. So I've just put in 260 going more towards the lesser end of the spectrum. I'm on week 4 now, and I really think that week 3 has been the hardest of all the weeks.

I did my 5th day of week 3 today. I took yesterday off and ran on the treadmill instead. I think I'm going to do it again tomorrow and take sunday off and maye do the treadmill again. Then monday I'll start week 4

started week 3 last friday and my legs and shoulders were so sore the next day. I thought I was done with all the soreness after the first week. today was my 3rd day of it and it's a little better but the cardio stuff is exhausting!!
