Bugs. I'm not afraid of much else but I turn into an absolute baby around bugs.

I second the running. I started this summer and LOVE IT. But even walking will burn a lot of calories. If you live in a place where walking to your destinations is feasible, ditch the car or public transportation and take long walks.

I have 5 but they're all on my back so they're kind of one and for the most part have an Egyptian theme. My Favorite is my second tattoo: a winged scarab beetle with my mother's name on the inside.

Ditto on going early. I go jogging at 6am (or earlier) at a track nearby. I also started doing a few Jillian Michaels DVDs and they are awesome!

I started jogging this summer and today I made it to 5 miles. Left the track with a huge smile on my face!

Last summer I hit a plateau eating 1500 and burning at least 800 at the gym. I went to a nutritionist and she said that even though I was eating really healthy (lots of fruit and no fast food) my carb to protein ratio was way off! Try adding more protein to your diet and cutting out some carbs if you can. I started losing…
