This, I started in Jan @ 290. Currently 235. But I have worked my *kitten* off and been extremely strict w/ my diet. Working out pretty much everyday. Lots a cardio along w/ weight training. I hope to hit the remainder of my goal, 100lbs total by october if not sooner.

I don't see what the BFD is. It's a gym, it has weights and cardio equip. Who gives a shyt about anything else. if you don't like the gym, STFU and pay more money and go somewhere else. It's just that simple.
