  • I have noticed the same thing! OMG I also eat a lot of fiber on a daily basis (including double fiber bread, veggies, etc).. but when I ate the regular oats and chocolate fiber one bars, my tummy went crazy. Thought it was just me, great to see it's something with the bars. LOL
  • That is exactly what you are suppopsed to do. MFP already factors in your goal of losing 1lb/week - so you are supposed to eat your exercise calories back. Just be patient, I'm sure your body will realize what you are trying to do and next week will be great!
  • Getting Thin crust versus regular crust always helps with cutting out some of the calories. My husband says it's "eating pizza on a cracker" but hey you get to eat a bit more and you get the feeling of eating delicious pizza. Exercise hard to give you a couple extra calories for the day before you indulge. :)

  • You need to buy a food processor. The only way I can get a large amout of veggies in my diet is to blend them into more regular meals. For example I will make spagetti sauce and blend in red peppers, green peppers, onions, carrots, etc to bulk it up. Or make "burgers" with beans, peppers, corn, etc. It sounds crazy buy…
  • I also feel like the DVDs are great! It's tons of fun, but like others have said, if you can find a class near you - nothing compares to a live class. I have the Zumba dance video and there is also a Zumba Sculpt video - both are awesome!
