Great topic! This is something that has been weighing heavily on my mind this week. I just think I would feel too guilty. Not sure what to do...not go overboard? I KNOW I would lol The weekends are particularly tough for me

I am and I LOVE it! I go to a cardio circuit class 4 days a week and do 30 day shred on my off days!

I would like to do that, but I joined a Biggest Loser contest and weigh in on Tues. I would feel guilty and fear that it would sabotage all my hard work through the rest of the week.

I do stay within my calorie limit, I just tend to make unhealthy choices. During the week I do great tho. Ugh. Just need more self control I guess lol
