I was doing so well and then I just got Lazy and unorganized and gained back 6 pounds... I am determined to do better, work harder, eat smarter. I am always looking for help staying on course...together is easier...

I drink approximately a gallon a day...some days more/less. I drink couple cups of coffee and very seldom drink soda.

I also have over 100 pounds to lose...I started at 300, gained in complete denial up to 308.8 and then finally got serious...I am at 294. Would like to be at 150...such a long journey so I am breaking it into 50 pound increments...I need all the support and motivation I can get
