213 done!

I have the same issue, all the social things on the weekend seem to involve food... so, eating low today to hope to even out a bit!
-
Wow, amazing job! My husband and I are getting healthy together too and it really helps :)
-
Thanks and congrats on your weight loss! Not far to go either :)

I'm 5'8" and goal is 130 (what I am in profile pic), have been lower, but wasn't happy. Certainly struggling with the last 10lbs now though!

Is it too late to join? I've unintentionally been doing the week one water challenge :) 64oz for me today. SW 141.

Yikes, so sorry about the crummy day :(
-
I'm in as well! April 25 is my birthday which seems as good of a day as any to start a challenge :) Do you want our info on Monday, then?

SW 140 SW (challenge) 135.6 Last week 136 (ugh) CW 135.0 I'm thinking all this fluctuation is probably just water weight, hopefully will have some real changes next week!

I'd like to join, I need the extra motivation to get rid of the last few stubborn lbs! SW 140 CW 135.6 GW 130 Only 5.6lbs to lose, but I want to do that and be maintaining steadily by Thanksgiving (maintenance scares me!)

So sad, his family is truly in my prayers

I'm not sure about the exact calories burned using the BACR circuits, but at least with the cardiac rehab associated with the hospital where I work the plan is to exercise at a percentage of your maximal heart rate based on an initial treadmill stress. So exercise HR are followed closely. If you know your HR while doing…

Oops, group total 197.99.

I just came across this. I'm training for a marathon in December and log my miles anyway, so this is a little extra accountability. Total for me since 9/1 19 miles so far.
-
Well, weight is the same for me today, CW 135.6, SW 140. Best I really could have hoped for after last weekend. But I'm back on track and already feeling better and more like myself. Hopefully results will be better next week!

Thanks for posting this, I love Tony and couldn't agree more! I even have my Vietnamese husband who believes everything is better with a little white rice eating brown rice now :) I will however continue to occasionally eat potatoes (just not the processed kind).
-
I'm running the Vegas Rock 'n' Roll marathon on December 5th, 12 weeks for me so similar timeline. This will be my second marathon but I haven't done one in some time. Would love to keep track of our progress! I'm doing a runners world training program as well.
-
Bump, will be trying these!
-
I agree, how great I feel. I might not feel fantastic immediately if I'm just getting back into it, but once it gets going I really do feel better in every way, so I just hold on to that and keep going. Good luck!
-
Ha, I just realized my computer posted that three times, I have no idea why!
-
I hope we're still doing this as well, I'm not sure if Christina is still having computer problems, but we should keep going until she gets back! Bad start to the week for me (it turns out to be harder to stay on track when my new husband is wanting to go out) so I definitely need the motivation! Hope everyone is well...
