  • Hi ladies, 12 weeks here, second pregnancy, hopefully first take home baby (I had a miscarriage in October). I'm hoping for a healthy pregnancy. This is an IVF baby and I gained some weight during that process (5 lbs my doctor wanted me to gain, 5 lbs from the hormones). I'm currently up 2 lbs from my end IVF weight to 12…
  • Last half 1:42:29, 5th/1205 in age group. Not a PR but still good effort. Ran with the whole family (hubs, dad, siblings).
  • I've been running the last mile of some of my mid-distance runs sub 7 min, just to see if I can. A year ago I was thrilled to see the 7s and the year before that I was thrilled to see the 8s. So, despite getting older, I'm getting faster!
  • 1. Injury free (and therefore keep up the cross/strength training) 2. Sub 1:40 half (1:39:59 would be ok with me!) 3. Either my first 70.3 or get my marathon time to 3:45 . Next up is a half on 4/27 which my father, sister, brother and husband are also running. Therefore, less about time, more about the family racing :)
  • I'm glad to find a running group on here! I've been running/racing the last 10 years but more seriously the last two. I was a runner in high school (cross country/track) but mainly used it as cross training for swimming so was never very invested. In college I was lucky to run 3 miles a couple of times per week. But, the…
  • I used to use RunKeeper but got a new GPS watch and am now just logging through MFP. I'm getting ready to run my 3rd marathon at the end of this month (20 done and enjoying the taper!). Feel free to add me, I'd love to meet other runners on here.
  • If you're not to 170 yet I'd like to join! Still trying to get the last stubborn pounds off before summer and lately "progress" has all been in the wrong direction...
  • This definitely happened to us. A lot of enjoying ourselves the first year of marriage = 15 lb weight gain EACH! We got it together, got back on MFP and now in our 3rd year of marriage we've both lost those 15 lbs and he's lost another 20 as well! We've signed up for a CSA box and now plan healthy meals in (with a nice…
  • With the exception of a one week vacation in Mexico without internet, I've logged every day the last 140 days. I'm also a vegetarian. Feel free to add me!
  • I'm somewhere between 5'8" and 5'9" and 132 lbs currently with a goal of 130 lbs (I have a small frame). High weight was 145. I am 130 in my profile picture (from 3 years ago). My body fat % is 22 which I would like to get to less than 20%.
  • 30, soon to be 31, and I'm more comfortable with my body and running faster than I was at 20!
  • I'm a distance runner as well, so clearly biased. I run one long run/week (~1.5-2 hours), one medium run/week (~ 1 hour), an easy run (usually 4 miles), speed training (time/distance varies) and strength training 1-2 times/week (trying to get in two). I'm almost at goal weight but if I want to get my BF% down, I'm going to…
  • Peanut butter and jelly, with the PB alone I have control, add the J and I want 10. That and breakfast cereal. How is 1 cup (or less!) a serving? Leaves me starving or out of cals.
  • I'm 5"8" and a pear, sigh. I have a tiny top half (wear a two in dresses/shirts), large hips, big butt, muscular thighs (6 on the bottom). High weight was 145, current weight is possibly 137 (last known weight, although I'm since back in my skinny jeans so who knows). Ideally I'd like to be ~ 130 lbs (which I am in profile…
  • I was raised a vegetarian but now occasionally eat fish. Anyone feel free to add me!
  • Eeyorelvr is it still ok to join? I'd love to be part of a group like this! My SW is 135.2 as of today, GW is 125
  • I'm back again as well. I had missed logging the last two Sundays as I was on vacation in St Lucia (have updated the spreadsheet now, however). I weighed when I got back from St Lucia and am at 137.4 from 132.8. 4.6lbs up, yikes! Maybe some is water weight? I'm back on the wagon now though and still determined to get down…
  • This has not been a good week for me diet-wise. Sooo not looking forward to the weigh in but will post bad or good. Getting back on track!
  • I'm averaging a lb a week but had a big drop in the beginning. I usually don't lose at all one week then 2lb the next. I was at a plateau for a LONG time before this and I actually upped my calories by 200 and have been trying to eat more naturally and it's working! I think I was eating too little for met before...
  • 132.8 this week (from 141.8 start!). 9lbs down through this challenge so far! It's amazing how accountability makes me more motivated, thanks guys:) It seems like I lose every other week but I'll take it!
  • No change for me yet this week either (although will officially check tomorrow). That seems to be my pattern, no change one week then loss the next. I guess as long as it isn't up! This week was rough for me too as I've been sick all week and haven't been able to work out. Next week will be better!
  • Gorgeous 5.5 mi run with the hubby this am, felt great :)
  • Just added this weeks weigh-in to the spread sheet and it was a loss! 1.6, I'll take it!
  • SW (9/18)- 141.8 lbs. Week 1 (9/25)-137.8 Week 2 (10/2)-137.8... Knew the initial big drop was too good to be true :) Week 3 (10/9)- Week 4 (10/16)- Week 5 (10/23)- Week 6 (10/30)- Week 7 (11/6)- Week 8 (11/13)- Week 9 (11/20)- Week 10 (11/27)- Week 11 (12/4)- Week 12 (12/11)- Week 13 (12/18)- Week 14 (12/25)- Goal weight-…
  • Added my info to the spreadsheet (I hope!). Thank you BlueRose9483 for starting this!
  • I'm in too! Is it too late to join? SW: 141.8 (last time I weighed myself) Week 1 (9/25)- 137.8 (today!) Week 2 (10/2)- Week 3 (10/9)- Week 4 (10/16)- Week 5 (10/23)- Week 6 (10/30)- Week 7 (11/6)- Week 8 (11/13)- Week 9 (11/20)- Week 10 (11/27)- Week 11 (12/4)- Week 12 (12/11)- Week 13 (12/18)- Week 14 (12/25)- Goal…
  • I have been working on the last 10 pounds for FOREVER and was getting really frustrated. I had only been wearing skirts to work because all of my pants were tight. I finally stopped eating so much pre-packaged food and starting cooking again (I'm a vegetarian). I was feeling good but hadn't weighed myself and decided to…
  • Bump! Will be making these!
  • Welcome to MFP! And congrats on the impressive weight loss to date!
