Completed the "What You Want" workout at 6 this morning and was aching by 10:30!!! The one legged squats were killer!! I can lift one leg about 8 inches from the ground (bended slightly at the knee) and squat to about a 140 degree angle (Zuzana’s ankle touches her *kitten*!) Well I guess I could bend down that far too but…

I did day 4 yesterday So I can make Sunday my rest day (Day4 – 20 minute cardio and core (Complete as many sets of each for 20 minutes)) 50 jumps on the rope 50 flutter kicks and I managed to do 12 cycles. I was hoping for more but thats what this is all about; growing! :)
