Hey team, I need to apologize. I am not going to be able to make it to the gym today; I have felt absolutely horrible ALL day long. I need to go home and have some chicken broth :( I'll hit it hard this weekend to hopefully make up for what I cannot give today. You guys are doing awesome!

Sorry, I am confused with this terminology. what are "double's"? and why are we planning ahead on our Sunday activity? I have to work on Sunday but I will be doing a *kitten* ton of walking for 5 hours LOL (I'm not sure how to estimate that)

I feel ya! The past few days, also due to my injury, I have NOT been able to concentrate or workout. It has been horrible. This is great information. The pain is everywhere but when I am not using the muscles I feel nothing. I never thought of lessening the weight!!! I just though all or nothing, this is great. Thanks!

I wouldn't mind a rest but I don't want to break my stride. I drink ON 100% Whey Protein every morning. I'm pretty good at keeping balanced meals.

Hey pretty lady, pshhh!! Whatever! Dont you let these women get to you. I have the same kind of people at my gym. Some of these woman may be jealous because, as ive learned, you have an excellent personality and the body to match. You just focus on you because at the end of the day thats who you have to live with.
