I had the same thing happen to me. I started calorie cycling and I started to lose again. I also decreased my exercise. So now I have three days a week where I work out twice a day and two days a week, once a day. I do not exercise at all on the weekends. I do not eat back my calories and it worked great for me. Good luck.

I will join with you because I have been doing the very same thing. I too need someone to hold me accountable so that I will actually get up in the morning and work out. Add me as your friend and then we can hold each other accountable:yawn:

You may want to do less cardio but more intense. Example: walk on the treadmill for 5 mins as fast as you can, then run for 15 mins as fast as you can to the point where you feel like you have to stop; but dont. I only lost 1 lb the first week but I know that if I stick with it the plan will work. I look at others on MFP and they have done it so I know that I can do it. However, I do exercise each day along with doing plank each day with co-workers which has helped so even though I have only lost a pound, I feel stronger. Good…

With MFP it will be easier for you. What has worked for me is not looking at it as a diet; rather look at it as a new eating plan. You can eat the foods that you cook for your family and do MFP but you probably will be hungry because you will only be able to have a small amount. Try incorporating some steamed veges to fill…
