I track all of my fruit and veggie's but I ignore the sugar, I'm usually over by lunch. I kind of figure if you aren't diabetic then those sugars don't really matter. I made a spinach salad last night, it was amazing..... half a diced peach, 2 cups of fresh spinach and a homemade dressing made from EVOO, orange strawberry guava juice and a dash of salt and pepper, I loved it. I agree, its easy and cheap to use the boxes but those should be the first to go (and most of us moms use em). put a picture of the dress on your treadmill or where ever you exercise, that's what I have done to keep me going back. I also made my pc desktop a picture of my rewards. A little reminder of why your your working hard is all you need. Good Luck!

to save money, stock up on frozen veggies when they are on sale, try and focus mainly on whats in season and if its cheap enough to buy extra try to do that and preserve it. make a weekly menu with repeating ingredients, so you have fewer things to purchase. I agree, I don't want any thing with "added flavor" or dye's or anything I don't know where it came from, we just weren't meant to eat artificial products.
