Don't put so much faith in your sale. A woman's weight can fluculate everyday depending on how much water retention we have. Strength training helps burn fat during cardio exercise. If you want to shed some serious fat, and tone you body then lift weights and do strength training exercises before your cardio workout. You need to do more reps lighter weight to tone, and less reps and heavier reps to bulk.

I have lost 45 pounds since January of this year, and over the last few months the scale has barley moved at all for me, which is very frustrating. I agree a pound is a pound no matter what you are weighting, but muscle does take up less space than fat. A 200 pound person that is full of fat is going to look a lot heavier…

I don't think she is pretty at all. Pretty fake if you ask me. Her eyebrows look like they are painted on and her lips look like they are fake also. She needs to get a job and stop mooching off her parents.

I love Kroger brand Chocolate or Vanilla frozen Yogurt. I think it is 1/2 cup for 100 calories. If I have the calories I will add in some mini M&M or peanut butter cups so it tastes like a blizzard from DQ.

Did you gain at all and log it before? Even if you lost 2.2 pounds since your last weight in, if you had gained previously then it will show the 1.4 pounds total. Not sure what is wrong with you ticker. Check the date of the weigh in and make sure it is today's date.

Sorry - I have been forgetting to let you all know how my progress is going. I am also a Friday weigher. I started this program January 16th 2013 and to date I am down almost 40 pounds. I will log my true weigh in this Friday. Good luck my Friday weigh in friends, you are all doing great.

I would carry a whistle around my neck, and carry a can of Mace. Take a friend with you, and maybe take a self defense class. I think every women should take a self defense class now-a-days. Also, you might want to consider getting a dog, awesome companion all the way around, not just a running companion.

I love my harm. Mi e is a watch with a sensor on the back...no chest strap. I also do zumba and burn a ton of calories. Didn't realize I burned that many calories until I got my hfm. Well worth the investment.

They have HRM that have a sensor on the back that goes agains your wrist. I am not sure where you live but I bought mine for $24.00 at Aldi. It is just a wach. I really like it.

Not sure about the size container of yogurt, but if I had to guess it is 16 or 20 oz.

It is really good, and you can use whatever kind of pudding you want.

BTW - you can also do the same thing with a container of plain yogurt and any packet of instand pudding powder, then put it in the freezer for a low calorie alternative to ice cream.

I hate cottage cheese, but I know it is good for me. Therefore, I cut strawberries and put some splenda on them, let them sit in the fridge over night so they get a little juicy then pour the juice over the cottage cheese and add some strawberries on top. It tastes like strawberry shortcake. YUMMY!!!
