  • I got the Les Mills Gloves when I ordered the program. I love them and can't imagine doing the workout with out them. When I put on those MMA gloves I feel empowered, which is an amazing feeling. I definitely recommend the gloves. You can order them directly thru Beachbody.

  • The only real way to know is wear a HRM. Everyone is different as in gender, age, strength ability, and weight so there is not real way to know unless you wear one.   • You need to check what shoes you are wearing and make sure they are proper for the exercise that you are dong.   • What you burn is based on your age, height, weight, gender, and heart rate. It would be very difficult to determine what you burn based on someone else's stats. To get a true reading you need to invest in a HRM. It will be the best investment you ever make.

  • You have to push thru the sore to get past the sore, but if your knees are sore enough that you are having physical pain then YES please take a rest day. I would hate to see you do damage that is un-necessary.
  • New to class is very helpful. Yes it is fast paced, but just keep moving you will eventually get it. If you need a refresher Turbo Jam is a great place to start.
  • Honey you can do strength training with any thing you have a home from soup cans to tires. You don't have to have a home gym to strength train, although it makes it a little simplier.

  • Try wearing a heart rate monitor when you are working outside or doing a hard core cleaning on your house, and then log it under you own exercise.
