congrats. What i tell people is that you can't cheat yourself and you are the only one that can deal with your problems and solve them and face them which is very hard for many people i have met.

that is very true you diet is 80 percent and your workout is 20 percent. A lot of people are so into not eating or going hungry which hurts you very badly. Back in the old days man/woman ate meat and green and they were just fine. Nowadays all people eat is junk

never heard of it. I believe the only that actually works is the Paleo diet or the caveman diet in short.

yes it sure can be achieved in 8 months. My take into is that you need to loose 2-2.5 pounds a week which is a good way. so 8 pounds a month and make the math.

wow really. A lot of people tend to believe that as much as I workout a day i will loose weight. Big NO NO it's all about what you eat 80 percent of the time. If you cut the carbs, dairy, sugar, salt you will loose 10-15 in a month or so trust me

I have noticed that a lot of people that are trying to loose weight are so worried of what they eat and log it as if it was their full-time job. I have been on the paleo diet since January and i lost 18 pounds so far. I workout 3-4 times a week and things are good to go.

from experience the type of shoes you run with makes a very big difference
