Binge-eater here... last weekend I ate 2 frozen pizzas. By myself. While my husband was taking a nap. Then tried to say we only had one in the freezer to hide my shame.

I like quest bars. Not only do they have a lot of protein, they have a lot of fiber and very little sugar. Each flavor is under 200 calories. Good luck!

Just bought a box of the smores quest bars myself. They are definitely softer and have bettet texture than the previous version. Previously, I had one box of the cookies and cream so stiff they were inedible.

There is nothing wrong with you. :) Restricting calories and exercising can really affect your mood. If you can, try losing yourself in something you enjoy.
