This is definitely my reason for starting! Though there are still some days I don't care and end up shoveling way too much food into this endless pit of a stomach I have going on now. Good luck!

I am 5'1. My original weight loss journey took me from 160 to 120 but as soon as I hit 120 we got pregnant  So now I am climbing back up but once the baby is due (August) I am starting right back up to hopefully get down to about 115. The only reason I'd go lower would be so that once I go on maintenance I will…

I am due August 12th :) They only way to stop my nausea was to eat too but I managed to just keep eating small snacks so I didn't gain anything. These past few weeks though have been a doozy in weight gain! The human body is a mysterious thing in when it chooses to gain weight  Feel free to add me!

We aren't finding out the gender either, 27W 1D here :) Honestly I don't get why people only buy green/yellow things for gender neutral and this has been a battle I have had with many people. To me, the only color that is not gender neutral is pink (why can't a girl wear blue?!) Really, there are not a lot of clothes you…

Finally about to hit the 3rd and final trimester next week and I am getting the not so fun symptoms of…

I am beginning to learn that everyone's body is different in the amount of weight it puts on. My friend is a small girl and even without eating much she put on 90 pounds during her pregnancy. Pretty much all but 10 or so of it came off fairly quickly after birth. Now for others, 90 would be detrimental for their bodies. I…

I feel this way already at 26 weeks! It went by so fast but now it seems to be slowing down ...these last 3 months are going to drive me crazy! For me it is mostly about keeping the gender a surprise. I just want to know already :) But then again it really can wait as I am nowhere ready for the baby yet and appreciate my…

Weight fluctuations sure are interesting during pregnancy :) I feel okay with the track I am on as long as it isn't always…

I am due August 12th :) Have only gained 12 pounds so far and most of it has come within the past 3-4 weeks, it's crazy! I think your best bet to control those hunger pains is to keep healthy snacks around you. Really you body only needs about 300 extra calories a day on top on maintenance so don't feel like you are eating…

20 Weeks: 126.5 (+6.5) 21 Weeks: 125.8 (-.7) 22 Weeks: 127.4 (+1.6) 23 Weeks: 128.8 (+1.4) 24 Weeks: 131 (+2.2) 25 Weeks: 132.8 (+1.8) Man this trend is not letting up! Everyone is definitely able to tell I am pregnant at this point so it was a must to finally tell my boss. She was ecstatic! Now that that is out of the way…

At 9-10 weeks you should be fine to still do it but walking around certain obstacles that can harm the baby is your best best. Don't be throwing youself down to army crawl! Good luck :)

Pre-Pregnancy: 120 lbs / 5'1 20 Weeks: 126.5 (+6.5) 21 Weeks: 125.8 (-.7) 22 Weeks: 127.4 (+1.6) 23 Weeks: 128.8 (+1.4) 24 Weeks: 131 (+2.2) I am attributing this week's gain to too much Easter food  Officially looking more pregnant than fat which is a good thing for my mental state but a bad thing on the job front…

Pre-Pregnancy: 120 lbs / 5'1 20 Weeks: 126.5 (+6.5) 21 Weeks: 125.8 (-.7) 22 Weeks: 127.4 (+1.6) 23 Weeks: 128.8 (+1.4) Another big week of weight gain but I feel better about it this time. I know that I am over halfway and have only gained about 9 lbs and that these are the weeks a bunch of people manage to see a spike in…

Pre-Pregnancy: 120 lbs / 5'1 20 Weeks: 126.5 (+6.5) 21 Weeks: 125.8 (-.7) 22 Weeks: 127.4 (+1.6) This is the biggest jump I have seen all pregnancy. I have been eating a lot of garbage and haven't worked out regularly in a few weeks :/. I really need to refind my motivation. My motivation before was seeing the numbers on…

Due August 12th here with my first :) Would love to have more pregnant friends. All of the people I have on my list are still losing weight while I am sitting here gaining

I started playing Sunday as soon as the servers came up for those of us pre-ordering! Played through the Beta but didn't go crazy with it since I knew the characters were being wiped. Launch was smooth, I wonder how full launch is going today though. I just want to be off work and play through the weekend! :p

Pre-Pregnancy: 120 lbs / 5'1 20 Weeks: 126.5 (+6.5) 21 Weeks: 125.8 (-.7) Just had my 20 week ultrasound yesterday and it is always great to hear the baby is growing perfectly on schedule :) We are keeping the gender a surprise, boy was that hard to say no to!!!

Only to the halfway point but it is definitely interesting to see how everyone is so different in their gains! I lost 40 before pregnancy so I am just trying to stay healthy and keep the gains down so I don't undo everything! I also switched to maintenance when I found out I was pregnant which I am sure didn't help with…

Burgers....constantly! That's really my only unhealthy craving (the others are fruit and milk)....but it definitely drives me crazy! At least there are healthy burger places around here that sell veggie burgers and turkey burgers if I am high in calories for the day. I will learn to trick this craving!

I buy the traditional oats and try to keep it pretty simple. I freeze sliced bananas and use about 1 bananas worth thawed (so it is mushy) and mix it in my oats. It's like adding sugar but healthier :) I then throw on a square of dark chocolate so it will melt and I can mix that in and some cinnamon. Sometimes I will throw…

I did it for only 1 round of 30 days and ended up losing 7.3 pounds and 7.25 inches. It was a nice break from hour long workouts and helped my body recover in time to start P90x. I say just stick with the 30 days just to say you have completed it and if you never do it again, so be it! Good luck :)

Thank you very much!! My calorie intake was based off of my researched BMR and TDEE. For the most part it has been about 1450-1600 but it is always different for everyone.

I think we get so used to seeing ourselves big that it gets hard to see a change. Some days I wake up and look at myself and still see myself looking the same as 40 pounds ago. I noticed at 20 pounds and especially at 30 but it was more so watching my jean size go down that made me realize things were happening. The other…

It took me maybe 10 months in total and I am glad it was a bit slow of a process since I learned so much more on the way. I really just researched BMR and TDEE on the forums and used those to calculate my calorie intake which is different for everyone. My exercise routine was a mix of cardio and weights, pretty simple. I…

It can be quite the task at first but it definitely gets easier! I constantly have my house stocked with veggies and fruits so if I see him snacking unhealthily I can grab something quick and good for me to munch on. Breakfast Nd lunch are pretty easy to eat healthy since we don't eat those meals together! For dinner, I…

I am 5'1! A genuine shorty

Awww, thank you! I really don't know my dress size before since I have always been weird about my legs and never bought dresses. My jean size did go from a size 12/14 to a size 2 though!!

 Guess I should change this to avoid any more confusion though I think I exceeded my time limit to edit! My goal was to lose 40 pounds before becoming pregnant and now those 40 are gone and we are indeed pregnant! The booties photo was the way we announced our pregnancy to everyone as well since pretty much my whole…

Sour Cream & Onion chips- Lays specifically. Add in there Kettle Corn as well. I could finish off both bags at the same time if I don't think about it. My tastes buds miss me being overweight......
