Hi, i noticed that some people have tickers that start with their actual starting weight and it goes down as they lise weight. Others have a ticker that starts at 0 and goes up progressively as the pounds come off. How do I customize this?

Oh, yes! I am 57 and trying to lose 55 lbs. i figure i can use my fitness pal from Monday to Friday, do it seriously. On the weekends, eat healthy and be more active, but not use the system. If I log on 7 days a week, I'm afraid I'll get bored too quickly....
