Wow!!! I really needed to read this. I have a problem with get discouraged when I step on the scale and it's the same or higher. But I'm going to continue to push on. I keep reminding myself you didn't gain all this weight in a month and it's not going to come off in a month!!! Thanks for the post:)

Me too. I think if I can make it under 200 I'll be able to keep going. I have 11 pounds to loose and I'll be there. Wish me luck:)

If you have a droid smart phone its apps that you can get that will assist you with weight lifting exercises. They have different ones, I use the daily arm workout, daily leg workout, and daily ab workout. But you can check it out for yourself. Hope this helps:)

Hi, You're definetly not alone with the way you are feeling. I am 217 pds. and I'm 5'1 and I feel your pain. But as suggested the elipetical, water aerobics, zumba are all great ways to exercise and not feel as much pain. Also, I enjoy spin class you just have to get use to seat and the butt pain will end before you know…
