I agree...pack yourself a cooler filled with cut up veggies, water, popcorn, string cheese, almonds, fruit, protein bars etc. Pack some sandwiches or a salad. I keep my charger for my fitbit in the car....I plug it in as I am driving and then it doesnt record hills/steps. Works great...and I never have to worry about the battery being low.

I am doing a combo of swimming laps, water aerobics, walking, eliptical, and strength training. Added the swimming 2 weeks ago when my weight seemed to be slowing down....and weight loss has picked up since I added 2 days of that in during the week.

I've had the Fitbit One for 3 weeks...and absolutely love it. It has kept me very motivated!! I try to up my number of steps or number of stairs climbed every day. I have it synched with my phone...and love getting the goal update messages too.
