  • I tried spaghetti squash and really liked it. After it's cooked it comes out looking like spaghetti. I added spaghetti sauce and a little garlic. It is a little crunchier than noodles but has good flavor. A nice low-cal meal. P.S. I don't even like squash normally.
  • Take it one day at a time. Don't look at the big number, find small little goals to reach. Otherwise it gets a bit too overwhelming. I have kept off 95 pounds for the past 12 years. It is a great feeling but when I started I didn't think about the large number but more about how exercising and eating better made me feel.…
