  • Hal is good. The most important thing is just sticking to it especially the weekly long run. Don't worry if you miss a couple shorties though, life happens!
  • If you want to do it do it. That is good advice I heard once and it stuck. Keep it up and you will be at 10 then a half. Running is awesome.
