Oh, Korean BBQ is delicious. Not so much rice as beef, chicken, shrimp and veggies. Each restaurant varies as to what is included and the kinds of sauces and condiments that they will provide, but it is possible to ask your server for unsauced meats and veggies to avoid the sodium if that concerns you. Sure, if you really bust *kitten* with more workouts and eat sparingly like you mention, but that would really be considered a crash diet, so you would be more likely to re-gain the weight after you stop this regimen. Food for thought.

Already GONE. And I'm just getting started really. I just gave away to charity 8 gigantic Hefty bags full of clothes I would never ever want to wear again. I am never going back to those big baggy clothes. They no longer represent my future.

It took me a lot longer to recover from my gallbladder sugery last year than i was expecting. Just treat yourself gently for now and look forward to doing so much more and feeling SO much better come Spring.
