i sort of over did my calorie count - i worked out still and lost 3 pounds since I started. I'm trying real hard to see the logic that when I exert myself physically I will need to eat more. it's hard - but I'm know it's necessary

Today is day one of my journey looking to lose 40 pounds and hoping to do so by July 4th - I know if I stick with it - there will be no reason it won't happen. Just have to dedicate myself.
