i have been logging strength training by minutes because i use an app. i don't individually put each exercise i do.

great job. i ordered it back in January and only did maybe 2 weeks worth. i really dont have much time with school and work, i recently started back doing it and the first 10 minutes is what makes me not want to do it. i don't like washing my hair. i will finish it this time.

i have pcos but a pelvic sonogram and all my symptons prompted the diagnosis. i think losing weight and eating right is the only way to control it.

yes it is possible. if you lose 1.75lbs a week.

I cut up fruit...apples(4 ounces small apple 50 claories, bananas (105 calories for 7-8 inch), strwaberries etc whatever you like and 2 slice whole wheat toast. it should be under 300 calories and keep you full.

that was the first thing i thought i had a few years ago...it was polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Go google it, it may be that. It has something to do with hormones.
