I drink shakeology and love it. It is easy and quick to make as well as more nutrient rich than others. I have tried spark and Dymatize and didn't like the taste.

How did your first day of Insanity go? The fit test was a challenge for me. Worked up a sweat doing just that. haha

Meal replacement shakes are great but if you want to lose weight you have to take in food and calories. Replacement shakes arent ment to replace all meals all day, they are intended to give you vitamins you would normally get from a healthy meal.
