  • Hello, my name is Andrea and I'm a scale addict.....I used to weigh every day...sometimes twice a day. Then I was told by my trainer to limit my self to once a week so as not to get discouraged by the body's natural fluctuations. I tried and I just can't hold out that long! I weigh every other day now... :)

  • I get mine from Apex. I mix it in my oatmeal every morning instead of sugar or honey and it works great!
  • I'm not coordinated enough for that kind of thing. I prefer normal cardio and strength training...maybe once I get more fit :)

  • I'm so glad you posted this! I get that every time too and not even my Dr. has been able to figure out how to stop it. I tried loosening my laces, going back on my heels more and stretching before hand but nothing works. I'm gonna try the new shoe idea though because I have running shoes currently.

  • There isn't any swelling involved and the pain goes away after I rest a bit. I do a ton of walking and hiking so I would think my ankles would be in shape by now but I have the same pain as day one.   • So what do you say if you don't know how thin feels?
  • Are you eating enough calories for the amount you burn working out twice a day? My sister hit a similar plateau and her trainer made her realize she wasn't eating enough. If your body isn't getting enough food it will start to hold on to the calories you do eat....just a thought :) Plateaus are the worst!!
  • Each package is 1.25lbs....170 calories for 4 oz....We go through a lot of turkey burger :)
  • Ok, so I just looked at my sodium intake for the week and it was a little on the high side so I'll really start focusing on that and hope it helps. Thanks for the help!
  • I'm pretty sure its not the sodium and it's not that time of the month...I don't eat my exercise calories and I'm only doing cardio right now until I get closer to my goal weight because I tend to put on muscle pretty easily and I don't want to get discouraged by the scale in the beginning...which I am anyways right now…
