I'm alternating 30 DS with Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. I want lose some weight before I start with her more challenging workouts.

Hi! I'm 5'7" and currently 214 lbs. I've been doing the 30 DS and some of Jillian's other workouts such as Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and No More Trouble Zones. You just started? Wow, I's start today too so we could do it together. I usually do it in the afternoon after work. I can't seem to wake early enough to squeeze it in the morning.

I believe it has lost contact with your heart rate if the 00 thing shows up. Try to put a little water on the rubbery part of the strap before you begin.

I input my stats manually. There's an option on the exercise feed where you can change the stats according to what's on your watch.

I think the bluetooth takes up too much battery life

I've only tried 30DS and BFBM. 30DS burns 270-290 cals per session. and BFBM burns up to 530 cals per session.

I get bored easily too. I've tried starting the 30DS but so far doing up to day 6 only, and I've started from the top 3 times already. So maybe this variation could help with the tiring routine. I've also tried BFBM but I haven't gone through all circuits - cutting some off to rest. So thanks for this schedule.
