I think your plan is a good one. If you can follow that up with a little walk afterwards, I think you'll be doing better than 90% of people. I know you already mentioned it, but an occasional cheat day is helpful. Whatever you do, don't let your diet get in the way of enjoying the day with your friends and family!

Do you best to switch up the type of exercise you're doing, or difficulty. If you do the same amount of cardio (on the same difficulty setting) your body will start to adapt to it pretty quickly. Welcome! Be patient with yourself, and don't get discouraged if you don't lose weight every week. If you stick to your eating plan and work out as much as you can, you WILL lose the weight.
