I haven't checked my measurements yet but I'm on Level 3 Day 3 and I'm six pounds down! I wouldn't mind a little more weight loss, but my stamina is vastly improved and my body shape is already so different. I wish I'd taken before pictures ;)

Level 2 is HARD for me! So much upper body work! Sticking it out though, and feeling stronger everyday! I'm only on day 14 but my husband already pointed out that my jeans are loose and that he can see my hipbones, so that's great motivation even though my weight loss has stalled a bit.

I'm on day 9 and I've lost 3.5 pounds already.
